Visiting the dolphins on Figarolo Island is a fabulous experience not to be missed!

We depart from Marina di Portisco and head to Mortorio Island for a first swim. The island is stunning, with its purple rocks, Mediterranean scrub on the cliffs, and pure white sand, as well as its crystal-clear waters.

We continue along Capo Figari, which always surprises with its imposing limestone cliffs, which we can admire up close.

When the sun goes down, they arrive: DOLPHINS. A natural spectacle we can admire near Figarolo Island in the bay of Cala Moresca, a beautiful spot for snorkeling.

For lunch, we recommend a restaurant on the beach or on the cliffs.

    I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Valentino and the entire team involved in our rental at Portocervo. Valentino was exceptionally kind and ensured everything was perfectly organized for us. The property itself was immaculate, and the service provided by the staff was nothing short of extraordinary. A special mention goes to Captain Francesco, who piloted our journey flawlessly. He was incredibly courteous and accommodating throughout, making our trip truly memorable. Overall, it was an exceptional experience with professionals who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. I highly recommend their services and look forward to returning soon.

    The experience of renting with Valentino was good and the boat, and cost was exactly as was promised. The final cost reflected what he explained to us about the fee for the skipper and estimate of gasoline charges. Everything was clear and transparent. The Marina was beautiful and had a market to supplies for a day on the ocean. The problem was that the Marina where the boat is located was very far to where we wanted to visit (Archipelago Madalena ) and it takes too long to get there. Specially in the extremely windy day (not Valentinos fault) and the heavy traffic of huge boats and yacht causing huge waves for our small boat. Also the skipper Vladimiro ( nice , affable young men) had only one week experience (that is what he said ) and did not speak much English or Spanish. He was a bit inexperienced. We did not visited the best beaches and calas of La Madalena either due to lack of communication or the wind. Finally we decided to go to a beach restaurant recommended by Vladimiro in a mostly empty beach (we love empty beaches) with great food and service. We spent most of the day there and was the best part of the experience even though it wasn’t in our plan. The prices were what you would expect in Sardinia during high season. Our way back was a roller coaster of huge waves and wind. In short, I would book this service again to visit areas near the Marina where the boat is. To visit la Madalena I would rent from a Marina closer so I don’t waste to much time coming and going. Specially is you get the windy conditions like we did.
