    Boat was great. Wish there was some better communication. I know there was an emergency that Phillip had to attend to. I just had no number to contact when i was having trouble finding the office. But once office was found we had a great time with Jules who was great and patient.

    We were charged close to the full price for a 6 hour rental for a 3 hour - 1/2 day tour of the caves. I asked that we start 1/2 hour early so the Owner could rent the boat for the afternoon if there was demand. The Owner responded with an offer of 1/2 hour later start at 10:30-1:30pm. We had booked a lunch at 1:00 so I asked if he could go at 9:30 instead of their normal 10am start. I have never had a problem with any other rentals of 53-55 foot boats from Click & Boat for much higher prices including catering of fruit and Charcuterie. I am a reputable customer and feel Phillip was unreasonable charging such a high price for his 22 foot boat for 3 hours. I am not hard to please - I told him his pilot Jules did a great job on the tour, I just felt cheated by the price.
