First the positives 1. Communication was swift and precise 2. Good choice of available itineraries 3. Friendly host and skipper Negatives 1. We were scheduled to take a full day (1000 - 1800) trip out, all was going well until we stopped at Sivota and went for lunch, on returning we were told that the boat had been in an accident caused by a third party, and that we would not be able to return by boat and that a car would take us back. 2. The hostess duly waived the fuel cost but offered no other form of compensation. 3. We then had to wait approx. 40 minutes for the car to arrive , before undertaking a 40 minute car journey. 4. I raised a case with click & boat, however, despite no proof of any accident taking place (photos or documentation) the owners still refused to offer any further compensation, stating that they had waived the fuel costs and provided a car. So in total we received 3.5 hours at sea, followed by 2 hours in Sivota, followed then by a 40 minute wait and a 40 minute car journey, when we should of had between 1.5 and 2 hours back at sea. We are extremely disappointed by the position that the owners have taken that they waived the fuel and provided a car to take us back, that is the very least they should be doing, they seem to miss the point that travelling by car is not the same as by boat and opportunities to stop off and swim etc cannot be done by car as by boat. I understand accidents happen and if this was the case then it is unfortunate for all parties, however, the owners need to recognize that our experience and expectation were not meet.

Our experience with Eirini and Pantelis was nothing short of amazing. The boat is very comfortable, fast, and Pantelis a very capable skipper. They are both great hosts, offered snacks along the way but also gave us a lot of information about the places and the beaches we visited. They even took us for a last swim on the way back at a beautiful beach close to Syvota, despite having to stay longer than the agreed duration and I really thank them for it, we all appreciated it and the kids loved it. For the places we visited there is really nothing much to say other than you have to see them for yourself to believe that such places exist and you get to swim in such crystal clear turquoise-blue waters. Overall, a great experience for all of us with two lovely experienced hosts on a comfortable and safe boat.

We had a lovely tour on sea with the boat. They showed us around lovely islands and beaches where we could swim. Also the village for lunch was very pleasant. Thanks for a wonderful day.
