    Communication and booking was subpar and extremely difficult to plan for. Experience itself was accommodating but not worth the cost.

    The boat was beautiful - modern, stylish, big and comfortable. A huge thank you to Olivier who was a magnificent Captain who was accommodating and had a great sense of the itinerary that would work for us. We had a brilliant day. Not inexpensive, but money well spent!

    Very disappointing experience. The listing advertised food and drinks included. When I asked what food would be served, I was told there was actually no food, only soft drinks. We brought alcohol ourselves, but we had two children with us, and there wasn’t even water or soft drinks available in the heat. We were also charged an unexpected €350 cash skipper fee, the meeting point was poorly communicated, and we spent a long time in the sun trying to find the boat. The boat was not prepared for our group of 7—only 3 wine glasses, not enough dishes, and not enough towels. The skipper told us the boat couldn’t go beyond a certain point because it was limited to 10 knots, something the owner should have disclosed. I messaged both through Click&Boat and the WhatsApp group during the trip to report the problems, but nobody responded. Once they had our payment, communication completely stopped. By far the worst boat experience of our Europe trip. We rented boats in Portofino and Mykonos with excellent service, so this was a huge disappointment. I would not book with this company again.

    Bruno’s boat was a great size for our family of 11. It is stylish and immaculate. Bruno communicated well with us and was great to work with. The young captain was quite competent and worked with us on our desired itinerary for the day.

    Bruno was amazing from start to finish - very quick to respond, easy to communicate with & helpful in providing lunch recommendations. Days before our charter, rain was in the forecast; Bruno helped re-arrange boats so that we could go on the most sunny day that week and enjoy the coast!

    Bruno is very compliant and a great host! We had a fantastic time aboard the vessel, but unfortunately had a not so compliant captain which had forgotten a bunch of stuff, but Bruno sorted that out. All in all a good experience and will most certainly rent through Bruno again.
