First of all, the boat is great! Unfortunately, the service is not good. It started with me receiving a booking confirmation and then nobody responded to my messages for 12 hours. So I didn't know where to find the boat. At 10:10, after we had already been wandering around for 20 minutes, someone called me to ask where I was and sent me a detailed description. Unfortunately, it was too late. Second thing. The propeller was damaged. Luckily, I had asked when we picked up the boat and when we lifted the engine, I was told that it was no problem at all. Maybe it wasn't, but that's always the first thing that is checked when you return the boat. Why didn't they tell me that? 3. The freshwater shower didn't work. Very annoying. When I called, I was told that the technician had already tried but unfortunately it didn't work! Another thing that you say IN the harbor and don't want to find out until you're out after swimming. That was a bit intentional and I don't like that at all. In the harbor, I was asked if everything was OK and when I said: "yes, except for the broken freshwater shower," I was told that couldn't be right, everything had been filled up. Maybe something had "leaked." Sure!! 60-70 liters of freshwater will definitely leak out! The only helpful tip was that the engine sometimes chokes and doesn't respond to the accelerator for 3 seconds. It was good to know that outside and be able to drive on with some peace of mind. It happened to us 3 times. I probably won't book here again. For that much money, the service has to be right!

We had a fantastic one-day trip on the Beneteau Flyer 8. Our skipper was extremely courteous and maintained clear communication throughout. Despite our late arrival, they waited for us and even accommodated an extra swim stop, ensuring we made the most of our time before returning to the port. Highly recommended!
