0.5 stars if possible We had a terrible experience with this company. Our trip started with a 60-minute delay due to an engine issue caused by their ship hand, with no apology or compensation offered. Once on board, we discovered there was no fresh water available, which is unacceptable. Even worse, the shade canopy broke while driving, causing injury to one of our passengers. This was clearly a wear-and-tear issue, yet the owner Toni unfairly deducted €215 from our bond to “repair” what was essentially a €5 metal pin. This felt dishonest and exploitative. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unsafe, and the owner Toni demonstrated zero accountability. Would strongly recommend avoiding this business entirely.
