Enrique is a really trustworthy guy. He had to cancel due to the wind, and he refunded us the 50 euro fee (that click and boat kept) out of his own pocket. He had no obligation to do this, and I really appreciated it. Click and boat, by contrast, kept 50 euros or my money as a “service fee”, for a service I never received. 50 euros, for literally nothing! Imagine you booked an Uber, the driver cancels, and Uber refuse to refund you the full amount. Instead they give you a voucher which they know you probably wont use because you’re no longer on holiday. So i recommend finding Enrique on an alternative platform and booking him there
