Dishonest company. 1 month before, reservation of half a day on a sailboat for 10 people/€650 to celebrate 40 years in early November 2021, reserved with a cancellation agreement in the event of bad weather. On D-Day (and all weekend) the weather is unfortunately bad and very rainy / a chain of squalls... Marlin Tours refuses to cancel because the security conditions are "safe" and things will work out. In the end, forced exit without visibility. Neither Christ the King nor Bellême are visible from the Tagus. From the start, the 2 crew members put on a face... They are even less delighted than us to be there. They refuse our collaboration on manoeuvres... No sharing or exchange of knowledge on sailing or Lisbon. In the end, return after 1 hour after some vomiting... The meal included in the service is in its minimalist version, the glasses of wine provided are not even offered... we are offered to finish the bottoms of the bottles of Coca... And of course refusal to reimburse us... By dint of insisting, they even push Sinismo to offer us a voucher valid for one year (not suitable for foreign tourists) and accuse Click&Boat of prohibiting reimbursement (C&B will not take sides). In the end it is not so and only refunded us 100€... Just dishonest also I strongly advise against Marlin Tours and Marta the sales representative who do not keep their commitments. In short, a company... Very far from the spirit of sailing! Note, a few days before, they offered us an upgrade to a catamaran, telling us that we would be better off... It was above all a way of tricking us... So as not to be able to cancel in view of the weather conditions. ..
