Discover the north coast of Martinique as you've never seen it before, aboard a spacious and welcoming catamaran. Departure is at 9:00 a.m. from the port, heading north along the Caribbean coast. Your first stop is Saint-Pierre, the former capital of Martinique, at the foot of Mount Pelée. You'll have the opportunity to admire the remains of the city destroyed by the 1902 eruption, while enjoying a swim in crystal-clear waters. Next, head to the wild cliffs for a swim or snorkel, depending on your preferences. On the way back, you'll sail through an area where dolphins are regularly spotted. If the weather permits, this will be a highlight of the day.

Sailing north along the Caribbean coast, we make our first stop in Saint-Pierre, a historic town at the foot of Mount Pelée. This iconic location offers spectacular scenery and a rich heritage, with visible remains of the 1902 volcanic eruption. Here, you can swim and relax overlooking the bay.
Stop at the volcanic cliffs
After Saint-Pierre, head towards a wild and unspoiled area characterized by its steep cliffs. It's an ideal natural setting for a snorkeling session, a peaceful swim, or simply admiring the volcanic landscape from the deck of the catamaran.
Dolphin Watching Area
On the way back, we sail through an area renowned for its pods of dolphins. If conditions permit, you might be lucky enough to spot them in their natural environment. A powerful and always magical moment when it happens.

    10/10 Recommend! Yannick speaks english very well which was a plus for us that is not mentioned in the other reviews. There are a lot of good reviews and now I know why. From start to finish, the experience was excellent! Yannick is not part of a tour company, so you get the boat to yourself and weather permitting, you can talk with Yannick to create the best trip for your needs. We asked for the best snorkel spots and Yannick brought us to them! We saw a school of 100,000 fish as well as multiple sea turtles. The boat itself is great. Tons of space, comfortable couch style seating and a large net in the front to sit on and be right above the water as the boat is moving. There is also a staircase you can see in the phots that allows for very easy access in and out of the water. Yannick is a very chill person who is friendly and helpful. He even allows you to assist with steering the boat which is very fun! Book this instead of some tour company and you will not regret it.

    We had a fantastic day with Yannick and his boat. I love sailing, and he let me take the helm as long as I wanted, guiding me in English and sharing with me the French word for various sailing terms. Sailing on this open catamaran was fast and comfortable, and even the sailing newbies among our group rated it as the best day of our vacation. Snorkelling stops were well chosen based on wind and waves, giving us two stops where we saw turtles, a spotted moray eel, a school of barracuda, and lots of other sea life. Definitely recommend a trip with Yannick, especially if you love sailing.
