He met us on the other side of the Grand Cul de Sac to resolve a technical issue without hesitation. Top-notch! However, I must rant about the app Click&Boat, which promises a full refund within 24 hours of booking, but keeps 25% of the amount as a "processing fee." A real scam. Be aware of this before booking, especially since it's not clearly stated at the time of reservation.

We had a fantastic day on Abdel's boat! Communication and instructions were seamless, and everything worked well on the water too. Unfortunately, part of the sunshade was broken, so it couldn't be fully extended. A speaker was also broken, and overall the boat is in used condition, but perfectly functional for the trip on the Grand Sac du Cul. Thanks for the great day on deck!
