Highly recommended! Our contact person was available at all times, coordinated perfectly with us, and even accommodated special requests. The advice regarding a restaurant visit was also particularly positive – we were introduced to the TRIBERIO, which we highly recommend. A real highlight! The boat itself was in excellent condition, with a spacious sunbathing area – ideal for a day trip around Capri. The skipper was super friendly, took care of us in every way, prepared fruit, regularly offered drinks, and created a relaxed atmosphere. One note: Depending on the waves, it can get quite rough around Capri – in such cases, a half-day on the boat might be sufficient. But overall: a top experience, top service. We'd go again anytime!

The experience with Love was a disaster in every way. He was always attentive to the payment, but when any problem arose, he offered no solution or adequate response. Before booking, he promised us there would be a Spanish-speaking sailor, since we don't speak Italian, but he didn't deliver. We made two reservations for different days on different boats. For the second, he switched boats at the last minute—the night before—claiming that the original one had returned from a trip in poor condition. We accepted the change because we had no other option, as that day was planned in advance. He sent us a photo of the boat we were supposed to use, but the next day he showed up with a completely different and much older boat. Furthermore, the first thing he did was charge us the outstanding balance before starting the tour. We booked an eight-hour tour of Capri, but he dropped us off at the port three hours earlier than scheduled, which prevented us from enjoying the island in peace. I absolutely do not recommend renting a boat from this person, unless you want to ruin your vacation.

Your boat vendor is a scam artist and waiting until the night before our family boat ride to try to extort an additional 1150 euros from us. We had booked over a month in advance and had checked in with them multiple times prior to our visit. He called me and was rambling off numbers and trying to confuse me with agreeing to it numbers extorting more money from us and then refused to speak in your app rather calling and texting me on my personal phone and asking we only talk in what’s app and to send him a message. I asked him to use the app which he then wrote a very contrived message in lying covering his tracks after doing all him manipulative criminal conduct off of the app. He then demanded we what’s app him and he continued to try to extort us after my cousin did in fact have what’s app and also recorded a link for 1150 more euros (the same one I did) and him rambling off numbers that were made to look like they were already paid within the app and then sending a link asking for them and that they were in fact not covered. He told me I paid 700 euros when I paid 849 euros and repeated lies that he said were on the app and asking if we could read. He was in fact the one that did not know what we had paid or what was in his ad. He should not be allowed to be on your app if this is how he conducts business. It is criminal and truly disgusting after I told him about a death in our family and it being a celebration of life and trying to heal our mother who passed. I am disputing these payments if you choose to not refund me immediately. There is no way I will be losing my money after I did my part of the agreement and this Con man reaches out the night before when we are at a family dinner and demanded 1150 more euros on top of my payment and tries to lie and tell me he didn’t know where he was picking us up and we needed to cover 900 euros of gas, taxes each way, on top of staff fees (that I had already paid for within the $849 I paid) this is appalling and criminal and actually I will be telling my Italian family and friends that this man tried to extort money from you the night before for over more than double of what was originally paid. I am disgusted and he should be banned from the app. Other reviews say they held people against their will for money before letting them off the boat and after reading that there was no way is four women were stepping g foot on their boat. We did not use their service and told them not to contact us again. I reached out to your app immediately and told them about this behavior and what had happened and sent all information. I am still waiting for a confirmation of a refund! This man tried to extort us for an additional 1150 euros and tried to then lie and say it was just 150 as if we are complete idiots! This is a normal occurrence to him and just throws numbers at people to see what they will pay. It’s disgusting. He is a criminal and stealing and taking advantage of your customers. I want a refund for every penny of what I paid to your website that was ruined because we would never get on a boat with a person who is this untrustworthy and capable of being this conniving. We would have felt unsafe the entire time and I’d never put my family in that situation. This person should not be allowed on this app as they will continue to try to extort money and rob your customers who are expecting a good experience with their loved ones. You are in for a nightmare if you book with this person!!!
