Embark on a full-day escape aboard our elegant 12-meter yacht, Bobby McGee, departing from the Old Harbor in the heart of Cannes. As we set sail toward the stunning Îles de Lérins, prepare for a day of total relaxation, natural beauty, and cultural discovery.
Explore Île Sainte-Marguerite, famous for the Fort Royal, the legendary prison of the "Man in the Iron Mask," and now home to the chic La Guérite beach club, a Riviera hotspot. Then drift across to Île Saint-Honorat, a peaceful retreat featuring a centuries-old monastery where monks still produce wine, and enjoy the calm ambiance of La Tonnelle restaurant or a tranquil stroll under the pines.
Between the islands, the sea offers a protected haven for swimming, snorkeling, and gliding across the turquoise waters on a paddle board. Back on board, enjoy the comfort of a freshwater shower on the swim platform, and stretch out in the sun with provided serviettes (towels) for your comfort.
We’ll keep you refreshed throughout the day with a selection of soft drinks and water. You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages, or choose to have lunch delivered directly to the boat—pizza, sandwiches, snacks, or even ice cream.
Our experienced and friendly skipper, also the author of a renowned French Riviera travel guide, will make sure your day is filled with fascinating insights, good laughs, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

- The largest of the Lérins Islands, Sainte-Marguerite is steeped in history and natural charm. Its most famous site is the Fort Royal, where the mysterious Man in the Iron Mask was imprisoned. Today, it also hosts the elegant beach club La Guérite, a favorite among celebrities and locals alike. The island is covered in pine and eucalyptus forests, perfect for a peaceful walk between swims in turquoise coves.
- Saint-Honorat Island
- Just across a narrow channel, Saint-Honorat is home to a tranquil community of Cistercian monks who have lived here for centuries. The Lérins Abbey, founded in the 5th century, still produces wine, liqueurs, and olive oil. Visitors can explore the historic ruins, stroll along quiet coastal paths, or enjoy a meal at the island’s simple and charming restaurant, La Tonnelle.

He showed us all the great spots to see as well as being a great tour guide. For the money we paid we really got a great day out with great weather. We even managed to stay a bit longer on board at the port to learn some information from him. We will definitely recommend him and we will also be sure to book him again this year at this price.

From start to finish, his service was outstanding and truly made our Cannes boat rental unforgettable. Arnold's communication was excellent from the very beginning - he reached out well in advance to help us prepare for our trip and ensure we knew exactly what to expect. When we arrived at the pier, he was there waiting for us with a warm welcome and immediately assisted us with our bags to the boat. After a thorough but efficient boat orientation, we were off to explore the beautiful coastline. Arnold's knowledge of the area is impressive - he shared fascinating local history and stories as we cruised along, which really enriched our experience and gave us a deeper appreciation for the region. What sets Arnold apart is his genuine care for his guests' experience. He recommended a fantastic local beach club that perfectly suited our taste and even made a reservation for us. When we discussed visiting La Guérite, he provided honest advice about the costs involved, helping us make an informed decision without any pressure. Arnold was the perfect thought partner throughout the day, helping us plan our itinerary while being completely transparent and genuine in all his suggestions. His laid-back, friendly personality made him an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. He is experienced, safe, friendly and so incredibly generous. He didn’t just make our day, he made our trip! He also has super fun gadgets, snorkels etc on board that kept our kids entertained the whole time. I cannot recommend him enough, you will not regret renting this boat.
