    I have recently rented a boat with you, the TAO, from July 31st to August 7th. As I informed you at checkout, the ship had deficiencies, some of them serious for compromising the safety of the crew, which I state below. - The mainsail is not from a Bavaria 46 - The elder's car is blocked - No anchor light - The oars of the Dinghy are impracticable, they do not attach to the wands - There is no cold water in the showers or in the kitchen, it comes out boiling, not being able to use it for toileting or cleaning - In the starboard aft cabin, water enters, wetting the mattress daily - The inverter stops working every x hours - Water ingress through hatches and portholes where closures are missing - Bow bathroom light out - Cutlery, crockery, oven, kitchen ... very dirty - Absolutely messy rope - Lifeguards in poor condition, causing cuts in two crew members Likewise, to state that I reserved and paid for the boat through the portal Click&Boat, with check-in and check-out time conditions that were subsequently modified by you, causing damage against me.
