Felix, Luke, Selim and Captain Eva were absolutely incredible. The communication was very clear and straightforward. I received a call to get our requests for beverages and extra equipment. There was no annoying upsell, which was perfect. Eva completely understood our need to relax and found a quiet spot to dip in all day. Can’t wait to go again next year! Thank you for everything!

On the day of my rental, I was informed that the rate I had been offered and agreed to was “incorrect,” and that I would need to pay nearly double the amount. I was then sent a separate payment link and told that unless I paid the additional amount immediately, my booking would not be honored and the money already paid would not be refunded. This is entirely unacceptable and amounts to coercion.

It was a great day for me and my friends and the communication between Félix and the boat were very smooth. Extended by 2 hours and was very easy to do. The captain Michael was also very very good and super welcoming and knowledgeable.
