Our experience on EFI was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, communication was friendly and clear. The check in and check out was by far the best I've had on any yacht I have chartered. The catamaran (EFI) was beautifully clean, with lots of stunning features and everything worked as it should. Any minor issues (basic user errors from crew!) were resolved quickly with the almost instant response from the onshore technical support. Andriana and Achilles were absolutely excellent and myself and the crew have had the most memorable week as a result of their brilliant service. I will be recommending this boat, and Ionian Catamarans who were dealing with the boat (check in/out, technical support) to anyone who will listen! We are already planning our next trip! Thanks again 😁
