Shantaram is a beautiful 45ft Lagoon catamaran, available for exclusive charters in the Maldives. Explore paradise in style. Picture-perfect tropical islands, azure water, swaying palms, amazing marine life, perfect waves. Design your own adventure with us - minimum charter period is 1 week, but you are welcome to sail with us for up to 2 weeks.
This spacious & stable catamaran is ideally suited to the discerning traveler who enjoys life's little luxuries. Perfect for couples, families or small groups of friends, she is rented on an exclusive basis with professional staff (skipper/hostess), and can accommodate up to 6 guests sharing the 3 available double cabins. So only you and your partner, friends or family on board.
Cabins are light & airy, with fans & Air Conditioning, and each cabin has its own private bathroom and shower. A large rear cockpit with dining table and big day bed, and spacious flybridge up top offering superb views, as well as 2 sun lounging beds. Big suntanning area up front on the trampolines as well as additional seating. So much space to spread out and relax.
For your comfort the yacht is fully air-conditioned, there is an ice machine, Weber BBQ, music system, TV and DVD player, Wifi is available (€30/week for 15GB).
Complimentary watersports equipment includes snorkel & fishing gear, 2x Stand up paddleboards, various inflatables. Guitar available on request.

Full board €100 per person per day includes all non-alcoholic drinks (water, juice, soft drinks, tea & coffee) and snacks (fruit, biscuits, chocolate, popcorn etc)
Green tax €6 per person per day (government imposed tax on all visitors)
Airport transfer per group: €220 one way (€440 return). Pick up/drop off at airport by private speedboat and transfer to yacht at nearby island (Approx 25 minute transfer). Additional €50 per transfer if pick up/drop off is between 6pm and 6am. The 25ft Speedboat has full cover (and enclosed sides if weather necessitates) and 2 x 200HP engines and full safety equipment.
Cleaning fee: €300
Optional extra's:
Wifi €30 for 15MB (payable as part of second payment)
Photo/video package $300 per group - edited video of your charter, including drone & gopro footage, and also photo's. Payable in USD to skipper.

Cruising area:
Includes North/South Male, Rashdoo, Ari, Vaavu. Other atolls are available on request and incur an additional fuel surcharge. Itinerary is flexible and designed for each charter - we tailor-make the trip just for you.
You will explore deserted islands, remote sandbanks, and snorkel isolated reefs. There are shipwrecks to discover, see the hundreds of spinner dolphins in Dolphin Lagoon, enjoy the famous Vaavu shark snorkel/dive and visit local islands to experience the Maldives culture.
Guests:
Maximum of 6 guests sharing 3 double cabins.
Regrettably cannot accommodate children under 8 years of age. All guests must be able to swim.
Cancellation Policy:
50% refund for cancellations 90 days or more before charter starts. No refunds for cancellations less than 90 days from start of charter.
All prices include tax.
