We had a thoroughly enjoyable day on this boat. However my experience with the owner, Leo, is unsatisfactory. Leo had, in error, omitted to include the additional cost of a skippers fee of 350 Euros at the time of booking. The wording in the description does state "Booking Conditions: Includes professional skipper". The first time this additional cost for the skippers fee was mentioned to me was 3 hours before we were due to sail, and that it was to be paid in cash along with the cash to be paid for the fuel. As I was only advised about this cost 3 hours before we set sail, I was concerned that if I did not pay it then the sailing trip would have been cancelled which would have been very disappointing for my family. When I returned home I queried the fact that this additional fee had not been mentioned until just before we set sail, and was not mentioned within the booking, and that I felt I should be reimbursed. Leo refused any reimbursement, although it was his error that this cost had not been added to the booking. Click and Boat did approach him to remedy the situation but he has refused to offer any apology or reimbursement. I believe he has acted dishonourably and could have at least offered to reimburse half the amount. I note that the booking page has now been amended and that skippers fee is now included within the costs.

Todo fantástico un velero muy rápido y divertido, la atención recibida genial, mejor de lo esperado. Al barco le fallo alguna cosa pero no nos afecto a la navegación.

Nous avons passé une magnifique journée en mer sur le bateau de Jacques. Merci à lui pour son accueil ses conseils sa réactivité. Nous recommandons absolument 💯

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de Claude qui nous a facilité la prise main du bateau. Le bateau était conforme à la description. Avons regretté que le sondeur et les indications vitesse/direction du vent ne fonctionnent pas. Sinon la navigation s'est déroulée sans histoire.

J’ai passé une excellente journée avec Michel et ses amis.

Très bon accueil / briefing et conseils de la part de Fabrice. À améliorer : propreté de l’espace cuisine, état des bouts d’amarrage , fonctionnement du sondeur et du système de stockage d’énergie solaire , étanchéité de certains hublots.

We had THE BEST day imaginable thanks to Athina's boat. She was very helpful and showed us everything. Next time we're back on Crete we will rent a boat from her again!

Bonjour à tous. Une journée inoubliable. L’accueil, les explications, le bateau, tout était parfait. Très professionnel de la prise du bateau à l’inspection finale. Bateau avec une consommation très raisonnable, bien sûre cela dépend de ce qu’on lui demande. Bref, vous pouvez louer sans stress pour passer une agréable journée. Service pro et à l’écoute. Tout s’est très bien passé avec Michael et Robin une très belle rencontre et de bons moments passés ensemble.

Bateau globalement conforme, mais loué en fin de saison et qui mériterait un meilleur entretien (manque d'étanchéité des hublots, placards fermant mal donc inutilisables en navigation, etc.)

Thomas ist ein sehr gewissenhafter und kompetenter Ansprechpartner. Er ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, Hilfsbereit und hat eine fundiertes Fach- und Insider-Infos zum gesamten Fahrgebiet! Das war nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich beim Thomas ein Boot gemietet habe. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Tag!!! Schöne Grüsse Adrian

Le séjour s’est très bien passé ! Facile pour la prise en main, David connait tres bien le bateau et est très disponible pour toutes les questions utiles ! Mervi David ! On relouera certainement bientot ! A la prochaine !
