All about Jet Ski Rentals in Marbella

Jet ski rentals in Marbella are a great way of zooming around the Mediterranean Coast and exploring all that Marbella has to offer. Cruise the 27 km coastline of golden sand beaches or try out activities such as water skiing for a more action packed agenda.
There are plenty of places to stop for lunch as Marbella is a hub of Andalusian and foreign cuisine with endless options. Hotels, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance of the central harbour. The Sierra Blanca mountains produce a picturesque backdrop for your jet skiing holiday in Marbella.

Marbella's Jet Ski Harbors and Ports

Our jet ski rentals are based in the central harbour of Marbella, Puerto Deportivo de Marbella, and also in Fuengirola, a seaside town to the east of Marbella.
Puerto Deportivo is located on the seafront promenade of Marbella and is within walking distance from the city centre. The port has electricity, water and wifi facilities.
Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola is located closer to the nearest airport than Marbella and has 226 berths with all facilities required.

Climate in Marbella

Statistically, Marbella’s average temperature in July is 24°C, however summer often sees a couple of heatwaves and temperatures can reach as high as 30°C during the sunny season. September and October are brilliant months to sail as the temperatures are comfortable and water still warm, we favor this time of year for avoiding the high season crowds! Don’t set sail too late though, as Marbella’s wettest month is usually November!
A useful tip: Marbella’s Ports have live webcams which you can use to check the current weather conditions.

Jet Skiing Locations in Marbella

If you want to be practical and make the most of your time, renting your jet ski from Fuengirola’s port is our top tip. Located to the east of Marbella, and therefore closer to the airport, you can rent your jet ski here and work your way south-west and explore the Costa de Sol region.
Arguably, starting your jet ski rental in the heart of Marbella is also beneficial. Cruise the nearby coves and bays while in close proximity of the hustle and bustle.

What to do in Marbella

Our top recommendations for thing to do in Marbella are visiting Estepona’s street market on a Sunday or hiking La Concha mountain for views as far as North Africa on a clear day. Marbella is full of activities for everyone. Foodies can discover the local Andalucian cuisine or those who would rather top up on vitamin D can bask in the endless hours of sunshine with a cocktail in hard.
Marbella City itself is full of great places to eat, drink and dance on the seafront and in town. Shoppers will be pleased to hear that boutiques, gift shops and designer labels are not scarce in Marbella. There are also plenty of shopping centers dotted about the city, one of which is bound to be within your reach.
If you happen to spend any time in the nearby town of Fuengirola, we highly recommend visiting the Bioparc. This animal park and nature reserve really sets the European bar when it comes to preservation of animal species and respect for wildlife and nature.
If historic scenery is more your thing, visit Castillo de Sohail which towers the coast of this charming seaside town. The castle is open Wednesdays to Sundays from 10.00 - 14.30, entry is free!

How to get to Marbella

The nearest airport to Marbella is Malaga Airport (AGP). You can get a bus from the airport to Marbella city centre for approximately $7. The journey duration is about 45 minutes. Taxis cost $40-50, depending on the location of your desired drop-off point.
