Boat rental in Phuket with Nautal

Known as the pearl of Thailand, Phuket is one of the most desired tourist destinations in Asia. This beautiful island is located in the south of the country in the Andaman Sea. What makes Phuket special is that it combines the natural tropical beauty of its landscape with cultural richness and amenities. It is a place where you can immerse yourself in a new, exciting culture and relax at the same time! One of the best ways to get to know the island is with a boat rental. Not only can you navigate around the coastline and get a glimpse of the amazing beaches and clear waters, but you’ll also be able to island hop to nearby destinations. Renting a boat gives you the option to explore Phuket at your own leisure without having to worry about the tourist crowds because you can escape them in the water. With so much to see, Phuket is waiting to be explored!

How much does it cost to rent a boat in Phuket?

There are many factors that can influence the overall price of your boat rental in Phuket. For instance, the cost can fluctuate depending on the type of boat, the size of the vessel, the seasonality and the duration of your trip. In addition to this, there can be extras that increase the price of your rental, such as a skipper and a crew.

The cost includes the use of your chosen vessel for the duration of your Phuket yacht charter. The essential safety equipment will be included to ensure that you and your guests have a secure and worry-free journey!

How much are mooring fees in Phuket?

Mooring fees for renting a boat in Phuket can range from approximately €20 to €150 per night, depending on the size and type of the boat, as well as the chosen marina or location. Larger yachts and premium marinas tend to have higher mooring fees, while smaller vessels and more remote areas may have more affordable rates.

What season is best to rent a boat in Phuket?

Tourists from around the globe love Phuket because it has an amazing climate. In particular, it experiences a tropical climate, with humid weather and temperatures ranging from 23 to 32 degrees Celsius all year round. Therefore, you can visit any point throughout the year for a nice holiday. The best time for a Phuket boat rental is from December to March. This is when the island has the coolest and driest temperatures. This means that you can still enjoy the beaches to their fullest extent without having to worry about monsoons. In contrast, June to November is the monsoon season, so a visit during this time risks heavy rain and strong wind.

Where to charter a boat in Phuket?

Being one of the largest and most popular islands in Thailand, there is so much to do and see in Phuket! This being said, figuring out what to do and see is not an easy task. Whether you want culture, relaxation, adventure or a combination of all of them, you will need to plan! We have compiled a list of our favourite activities for your boat rental in Phuket that will leave you with the holiday of your dreams.

If you want to discover Thai culture in Phuket, you can begin by visiting some of the many temples. For example, Wat Chalong is one of the oldest Buddhist temples on the island with astounding architecture, boasting intricate carvings. The traditional Thai style of architecture is truly one of a kind. Other examples of amazing cultural visits include the Wat Phra Thong temple, the Big Buddha, Promthep Cape and Karon Viewpoint. If you aren’t sure where to go, head straight to Phuket Town, the oldest part of the island. It has an abundance of attractions, including local markets with artisanal crafts and objects. From there, wander around the streets and try some authentic Thai food! They are huge fans of mixing sweet and savoury with spice in their meals, such as green curry and pad thai.

Where to sail in Phuket?

When it comes to finding the perfect beach for your boating holiday, you will be spoiled for choice for white sandy beaches in Phuket. Our greatest recommendation is to take your boat rental around the coast until you find what you are looking for. Whether you want a relaxing atmosphere, a lively beach or something in between, you are sure to find it in Phuket. For example, Patong Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Phuket, located on the west coast of the island. This seaside resort space is known for its lively atmosphere as it is lined with plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you entertained. Another great example is Karon Beach, known for its silky white sands and crystal clear waters. This is a great place for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Finally, if you want a more secluded beach, head towards the south of the island until you find Nai Harn Beach. Here, the atmosphere is quiet and great for couples and people looking to disconnect.

Finally, if you are looking to venture off with your yacht charter in Phuket, there are plenty of opportunities for you to island hop! Whether it is for a day trip or several nights away from Phuket, there are so many unique islands nearby to see. One of the most famous examples of this is the Phi Phi Islands. The towering cliffs look like there were dropped in the middle of the sea. If you are in the mood for more intimate islands with fewer tourists, visit Ko Yao Yai or Ko Yao Noi for lush greenery and beautiful beaches.

Cruising ground does not get much more beautiful than the Andaman sea. Gorgeous islands to explore in short hops.

We loved the area. We especially loved the monkey island. It was so much fun for everyone and we enjoyed it very much especially snorkeling the reef, collecting sea shells and tubing. Over all it was an amazing experience and we had a lot of fun. And would definitely recommend to everyone.
