Skipper Oscar welcomed us and made us have a great day. He was very friendly, communicative, and enjoyable. The only problem was that when we went to anchor, the anchor wouldn't lower. Although we were able to avoid the trip by tying up to another sailboat, the anchor wouldn't lower. The anchor lowering mechanism got stuck, and there was no way out.
