Our 73-year-old mother was with us, it was very difficult to move her to the rescue boat! On my birthday, my mood was ruined and we were very scared! Please make a full refund! Be careful with this owner! We were helped by rescuers! Complete irresponsibility was shown! The boat was not prepared for sailing, after 1.5 hours on the water, the boat broke! It's terrible!
