About the experience
On August 12, 2026, one of the most spectacular astronomical events of the century will occur: a total solar eclipse.
The global anticipation surrounding the eclipse is enormous, although it will not be visible across the entire planet. The total eclipse will be visible in the north of the Iberian Peninsula, crossing it from Galicia and reaching the Balearic Islands.
The areas of Colonia de Sant Jordi, Es Trenc, and Cabo Salinas are excellent options for observing the 2026 solar eclipse, as they offer a clear and expansive view towards the southwest and the sunset.
